Els Pescadors - Sea Food Restaurant

Founded 30 years ago by the family of restaurateurs, Els Pescadors was the old fisherman's tavern before it was rearranged into a restaurant of gastronomic creation offering the freshest top-quality seafood products. Today, it is a place with history and tradition converting the dishes into sensations and seduction served at the table.

The restaurant chef, Lluís Fernández Punset, trained in the kitchen of Els Pescadors, contributes the experience obtained in some of the greatest kitchens of the current gastronomical arena (El Celler de Can Roca, in Girona; l’Akelarre, in San Sabastian; l’Abac and Casa Bilbao, in Barcelona; Le Fox, of De Panne, in Belgium, and Relaix Fleuri, in La Burgundy). His refined style of cooking with personality, sophisticated creations executed with meticulous care and a prudent adaptation of new techniques keep the cuisine up-to-date and with a stamp of gastronomic excellence that combines the richness of both the sea and the mountain countryside.
