The Ocean Community - Luxurious House Boats

Designed by Poland-based Wojciech Morsztyn, the Ocean Community is a luxurious floating house letting residents leave and form colonies at sea. The idea is to extend a city’s coastline by creating fully functional living spaces connected with existing land infrastructure. The sea-based home has abundance of sun, water and wind to generate energy. These structures would float no more than 800 meters from the coast of the city making it easy for residents to commute back and forth. An ocean-based domestic habitat could be also considered as an extension of resorts and hotels offering a brand-new experience to their customers.
